Since the version 0.59 patch one of the new monsters, Big Foot, has been glitched enabling users to take advantage of this, mainly hermits and fire/poison mages. The effects of the glitch have been noticed most in the latest Maple story Global server, Yellonde. The top five ranks in Yellonde belong to hermits (ranks 1 and 2) and Fire/Poison mages (ranks 3-5). NEXON scheduled a Server Maintenance Check for 10 PM PDT tonight that is probably being held to fix this glitch. Many Yellondians are in an uproar over the unfair advantages these users are taking advantage of and calling for the glitch and the users to be delt with. Whether NEXON will actually do something, is another thing. In other servers such as Scania the strong feeling of being cheated out has not been felt.
