i have always been a huge fan of ogpal. i would always come here to buy mesos and nx when i played maplestory. i was always amazed at the delivery time i would get the stuff in. it was A+ I always got Angela in live help and she was always a great help. but now ive made the switch to wow, and needed gold for my epic mount and i made the order. it was delivered so fast that i was amazed! i knew i could count on ogpal. but this next order has been terrible since the get go. im commenting on my previous order since i still havent received it yet! they took forever to get my order and live chat was terrible. they seemed to go afk a lot since i would be waiting. the automated responses dont make it any better. eventually i get whipered for the delivery and then they only give me 2k out of the 9k i ordered. thats like buying a tv and only getting the remote. im pretty sure they were out of stock and thats understandable, but to avoid future problems, please ogpal dont list gold if its not avaible. hopefully this never happens again
