Recently we receive some feedbacks from customers saying they cannot log on their OGPAL accounts. The reason of this incident is that our server was updated some time before and all the passwords composed by numbers only are invalid at all. The resolution is please click the “forgot your password?” link and create new password, composed by NUMBERS & LETTERS both, then you can log on normally.
