For power leveling or RS gold transferring orders, when the leveling or gold transferring is under going, please don’t try to log on your account to track because these attempts may cause suspicion or even frozen to your account. In case of this accident, our leveling or delivery team would change your original password when the order is under going. After your order is done, you will be informed from our customer service agent by email or phone. Please check your account ASAP after you get our notification and set up a new password.

Power leveling orders Notification

Recently we get some inquiries about power leveling process. Some customers are confused when they cannot log on their game account when the power leveling is under going. Actually, this is our secure measure regulations to power leveling orders. Because we need to log on customers’ accounts to level by hand and we don’t wish customers to log on their accounts to check or play from time to time. For this behavior may cause suspicion by GM because of the different logging locations and the account might be temporarily or permanently banned. That would be very terrible! But don’t worry. When we finish, we will change the password to the original one and inform you that the order has been done.
